As a life long resident of NC, I enjoy sharing with others what our state has to offer. Being a realtor in the Triangle has afforded me the opportunity to do just that. For nearly 10 years , I have worked with buyers and sellers in many different areas and price points. After graduating from Campbell University with a pharmacy degree in 1994, I worked in healthcare for many years before learning that i had a passion for real estate. I enjoyed buying and selling and decided to make it a career. Each real estate sale or purchase presents its own unique opportunities to be of service to a client. My role is to look for those and anticipate a buyer or sellers needs before they even arise. This proactive thinking is what helps to differentiate an agent from the others.

Best realtor we have ever had. Eddie helped us buy our current home and also helped us sell 2 homes, 1 in a day and another in 3 days. He does his research and presents you with all the options. He gives sound advice on how to get your home ready and can also help you stage to get the most out of the space you have. As a first time home buyer the process of buying a home is daunting. I did not have a clue where to begin. From the first time I spoke with Eddie I knew I was in good hands. He took the time to meet with me on my schedule, explained every detail and made the process a lot easier. Eddie did an awesome job finding our "it" house. His dedication and passion for helping his clients was the best part of working with him. Eddie was initially a substitute realtor for us on our first transaction, but we quickly decided that we will never use anyone else. He went out multiple times with us to find the right house and made the timing work with our infant at the time. Eddie was such a huge help to us in selling our home. He came highly recommended by our neighbor. This was our first time selling so we were very nervous especially since we were transferring out of state. He always made us feel as though he had our best interest and that we weren't just another client. There were several areas of our home that needed some help and he brought all décor, furniture included to make it all look beautiful! We relocated to the area this summer, and our realtor from Colorado recommended Eddie to us. We are so glad that he did! Eddie helped us through every step. Since, we were not familiar with the area, Eddie took time to show us around and answered our questions. He listened to us and we found a home in a couple of days that was exactly what we wanted. Eddie took the time to be present at the inspection and stayed on top of the other items regarding the buying of our home, while we were back in Colorado. Eddie sold my house recently. It was a great pleasure working with him. I explained him my interests for the deal and totally relied then on his advice and expertise and never been sorry about this. His suggestions on house sale prep allowed incresing the price for about 15% (ca $20K) and the house was sold in a couple of days and more importantly with a good price. He took care of the whole paperwork then that saved me a lot of time. In summary, I've got a very good deal with very minimal efforts from my side. I was extrimely happy and highly recommend him.
