He went out multiple times with us to find the right house and made the timing work with our infant at the time. He is a great guy, a trusted advocate for his clients, honestly communicates his well-informed opinions, and consistently goes to extraordinary lengths to provide a valuable service for his clients. We were previously unimpressed with our realtors on two transactions, but I have nothing but positive things to say about Eddie. Since using him personally, I have referred multiple close friends and colleagues to him without hesitation. All of them speak similarly highly of their experiences with him and plan to utilize him for all future RTP area transactions. In the end, I can’t recommend Eddie highly enough with my only hesitation being that I hope he won’t be too busy to help me.

Eddie was such a huge help to us in selling our home. He came highly recommended by our neighbor. This was our first time selling so we were very nervous especially since we were transferring out of state. He always made us feel as though he had our best interest and that we weren’t just another client. There were several areas of our home that needed some help and he brought all décor, furniture included to make it all look beautiful! Eddie sold my house recently. It was a great pleasure working with him. I explained him my interests for the deal and totally relied then on his advice and expertise and never been sorry about this. His suggestions on house sale prep allowed incresing the price for about 15% (ca $20K) and the house was sold in a couple of days and more importantly with a good price. He took care of the whole paperwork then that saved me a lot of time. In summary, I’ve got a very good deal with very minimal efforts from my side. I was extrimely happy and highly recommend him.
